How far in advance should I reserve?

We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance, but you can place your order any time as long as we still have availability.

Do you deliver and set up equipment? 

we handle the delivery, setup, and pick up for all Inflatables and Canopies. However, delivery of tables and chairs is only "delivery". Set up of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the renting party. We will drop off all items at the address requested and return to pick up the items. We also ask that you prepare the items for pickup just as they were dropped off; tables and chairs should be folded and put away as they were dropped off.

Are your products clean and safe?

Yes, all of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use. To show that we take hygiene very seriously, we fully inflate every single product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned. Our cleaning products are safe and nontoxic.

Do the tents come with lights?

Yes all of our tents come with lights and 4 walls set up to your liking, already included in the price of the Tent !!

What if I have a last minute order?

Contact us as soon as possible, we will do our best to help and accommodate you on what you need. There will be a Rush Fee added to the package for late notice
